Yes—choose the time that works best for you.

Can I still do yoga if I have hip or knee issues?

Yes. Chair yoga is a safe, adaptable yoga class for those with limited mobility where we use a chair for stability and movements.You may remain fully seated for the entire class or use the chair for support and balance during standing poses. Always check with a medical professional regarding your situation.
